Force user to change Internet password on next logon

Hi,

If I set the flag “Force user to change Internet password on next logon” for one user, and access his mail page (mai/user.nsf) and login, I am not forced to change the password as should be.

What is wrong? Should be some extra configurations for that?

I believe you have to enable the server configuration document setting: Check passwords on Notes IDs on the Security tab → Security settings.

You also have to give it a few minutes- doesn’t happen right away- (though to my surprise, this morning it did it to one of our sales guys in the middle of his login session after I forced the change at the beginning of our conversation and told him he would have to change it on his next loggin.Tom
