I’ve been trying to find a solution to this problem for a while now. When the field for “Force user to change internet password on next login” is set and the user logs in and changes the Internet password, the prompt comes up again to change the password. This happens multiple times even though the user closes the browser and reconnects to the Domino server. The adminp request is being executed with no errors and if you check the person document you see that its been updated correctly, yet the prompt keeps coming up instead of redirecting to the page.
I found this document in lotus support describing the exact same problem
It says to change the setting for “Maximum cached users” in the “Internet protocols >> Domino Web Engine” tab of the server document to the default.
I checked this and i found this setting was already at the default value, but still i tried changing it to different values (0 and 64) , restarted http but still had the same problem.
Do I have to restart the whole server for this setting to take effect?
Can anyone help me with this???
