Is there a way to FORCE local encryption when copying or replicating a Lotus Notes Database. I don’t want users to be able to “unclick” the Encryption option when replicating or copying a DB… This is seen as a “security” flaw.

Look up:ReplDefEncrypt and ReplDefEncryptType The are the same settings the Policies set.
Of course “smart” users could always un-encrypt the DB once it’s down.
Consider putting the DATA directory under User’s Documents and Settings and let NT protect it?
