Hi das, Archiving is the method used to compress the documents and remove them from the server and to store them in Local machine…Usually we archive mail documents.If u want to archive the mail documents,open your mail,in that in the menu bar u can see one menu Actions----Archive----.Before Archiving u should go to the Settings in that only and change the settings as per your requirement and u should archive.If u have any doubt just reply me
