Fonts when printing

Has anyone, anywhere, any release, ever been able to modify a mail template so the default font size for the email documents (not the display fonts) is able to be changed? There are numerous SPRs such as # JRGE7ANSXM where the issue is noted with no plans ever to change/fix. I know it can be done on an email by email basis while creating a new message, which is tedious and requires a good memory. Also, that is not an option for received mails which will be printed unless perhaps the document is put in edit mode, selected and changed before printing.Our owner would like larger printed fonts and does not want to accept that IBM won’t change this.

Subject: The printer should print …

The printer should print what is on the page. If you want a different font style/size that is something that would have to happen at the printer or simply modify the existing document.

You can alter the message (alias memo) form body field with a different font and size. This would only affect new messages created by the client. Please review before modifying templates:
