The problems that user always having is that the font and color for unread/ read mail restore to default setting automatically. They are not able to apply another color unless they restart the notes client. Is there any other user facing this problem also? please help. Many Thanks.

check to see if you have a policy for this setting. this could be why it changes back to the default some time after the user changes it.
