We have a broadcast database that send out messages to all users (about 4000 users).
The broadcast message has a Subject Line on the form. It’s font is “Franklin Gothic Book”.
Today, On all Notes6.5, it display correct font. But on all Notes 4.6, it display the subject in “Symbol” font.
It never happen before. I checked the same email message in Both Notes 6.5 and Notes4.6. In Notes6.5, it display subject in “Franklin Gothic Book”. but “symbol” font in Notes4.6.
So it even display in different font in different version for the same email. I am confused. Please advice.
