Follow up

Hi,What could be the reasons behind not working mail follow up . From the same client other user is able to use follow up features.

Followup button will not show if the user of a mailfile is not the owner of that mailfile, as specified in the mailfile Preferences.

In the R7 mail template, we support the use of Follow Up by mail managers.
