Follow up window disappears

Certain users on HP laptops using Notes client 6.5.4 when trying to use the follow up feature, are able to view the popup window for about one second before it disappears. We are using the OpenNTF1.7b template.

The design has been refreshed, replaced, the client has been reinstalled without success of resolving this issue. Anyone with any information about this issue, I would greatly appreciate the advice!

Since your question is about an OpenNTF template, perhaps you could inquire at the OpenNTF.org site. If the problem is with the Notes code rather than the template, at least the owners of this project could describe the problem to us in greater detail.
