Follow-up tags in DAMO 6.5.3

Hi, I am testing DAMO 6.5.3 and all in all it works well. However, the follow-up flags while they seem to replicate and show up next to the flagged messages when seen in Outlook, when I go to the " Follow-ups" folder in Outlook no messages are displayed.

I did not find this issue listed in the fix list for DAO 6.5.4 so was wonderig if anyone else has encountered it and if there is a resolution.

Hi Karen,

SPR # FSIZ6AALBH addresses this issue. A assume what you are seeing is that the Follow Up flags set in Outlook/DAMO do not get replicated to Notes.

As you pointed out, this is not fixed in 6.5.4 Gold but is intended to be addressed in 6.5.5.

Thanks Mike. To be more specific, what I am seeing is that if a Follow up flag is set in Notes, the message in Outlook does have the flag icon next to it when viewed in the Outlook Inbox. But if I go to the “Follow up” view in Outlook, no records are listed there.

I called into Lotus Support and they indicated that this indeed does not work in 6.5.3.

I’ll keep an eye out for the fix in 6.5.5.
