Follow Up - (Send mail notification with subject to)

Hello

I have a user who opens another mailbox via a bookmark, he has Manager access to his own mail file and the shared mail file.

When he selects to Follow Up an email and sets it to send mail notification with subject to his own mailbox, the reminder email never arrives.

If I log on to a client as the shared mailbox and test the function, sending the mail notification to that mailbox it comes through ok. Also calendar reminders also work fine.

Is this function not designed for what the user wants to do. Please advise. Thanks

Haven’t tested this at all- but am guessing it has something to do w/ the location document- try making a location document w/ the shared mail- test it that way.

Thanks for your response, I tried that and still no joy. May be this is unsupported.
