Follow Up function --> no mail

Hey,

I need help! I’ve got a renamed User. when using follow up function he only gets remember mail, using the old mailname.

With hin new Notes name nothing happens.

What could that be?

Subject: what is listed in Mail preferences for Follow Up?

Renaming a user doesn’t change this field (shown below) in follow up preferences. Have him manually change that item to his new name.

I found a solution.

The user had a persondocument for himself in his private adressbook with another email-adress than the notesadress.

Now he got his mails!

And I can let out a sigh of relief that it’s not a bug in the template!
