Follow up flag causes 404 page not found

I have two users who, when they crate a followup flag, get a 404-page not found when they click Save+Close on the follow-up flag window. The flag is set properly, but they get the error message. The also get the 404 page not found if they delete a follow-up flag.What should happen when they get the error message, is that they return to seeing the message they were applying the follow-up flag to.

They are using iNotes 6.5.4, with a Windows 2003 server on the back end.

Both users are using IE6 on Windows XP

Subject: where are you seeing a Follow Up button in Web mail?

Follow Up is not supported in Web Mail. All of the follow up actions are set in the template to be hidden from the web. Where are you seeing a follow up action?
