I’ve have a user that has rights to anothers via delegation. They have the ability to edit, create and delete documents but they don’t seem able to create followups against documents. Is this specific to the owner of the mail file or is there something you can configure to allow them to create the flags as well.

Follow up is not available for mail managers in R6. This feature will be in the R7 Mail.

The problem with assigning rights via delegation is that you cannot delegate the ability to create shared agents (and folders).
