After upgrading a number of mail-in databases from ND6 to 8.0.2 mail design, some folders are not displaying the unread counts; other folders in the databases do display the count. Databases use the mail8 template, we upgraded the databases and folders both manually & via server console CONVERT -u… command.
Folders with the problem do have UNREAD messages in them; databases set to maintain unread marks; outlines in NotesPicker pages are set to maintain and show unread information.
When you create a new unread message in a folder the counts display, but when you then go out and back into the database the UNREAD counts are not displayed again.
Any ideas welcomed.
