Folder Structure collapses

I have a user who kept her folder and subfolder structure fully expanded throughout the day when on Notes 6 for ease of filing messages. Now she’s been upgraded to Notes 8.0.1 the folders collapse after a while. There doesn’t seem to be any specific action that collapses the folders, it just seems to happen after 10 minutes or so.This is reproducable on any Notes 8 client but with no apparent pattern, is this deliberate? Can I stop it?

Have you tried Upgrading the Design of this User’s Folders (suggested by Debbie in your “folder design” Thread) ?

Its very interesting that you can reproduce this on any of your Lotus Notes v8.0.1 clients - were any of those “fresh-installations” or were they all upgraded from earlier versions of Lotus Notes?
