Folder shows unread email which is not there

hi guys

i got a strange problem. the unread count on the folder shows 7 unread mail. but there is nothing inside the folder. tried playing with view all, view unread functions but no joy. the mail file resides on the server. any ideas?

may be some bug!!

do mark all read.

Yeah John’s right. Out of interest did this happen after upgrading to Notes 6.5.1? We upgraded to 6.5.5 and found the same thing.

It seems the client and server aren’t syncing frequently enough or something like that.

Select Edit, Unread Marks and Mark All Read.

That should do it.
