One of our users has suddenly lost the ability to scroll to the bottom of her folder list in her mail file when it is expanded. When scrolling down, the list stops at somewhere around the end of the "B"s or the beginning of the "C"s alphabetically. The other folders clearly still exist becauase when adding a new folder, for example, the list in that window is still complete. I have already tried refreshing the design and deleting bookmark.nsf.
Any ideas for fixing this?
