Hi,
One of my user is on LN 7 and he has too many folders created for his work. From couple of days its happening that when he click to expand the Folders, views, tools, folders every thing disappears.
Through Web Access folders are shown but problem persists in LN Client
Your kind suggestions please.

If you go into his mail file are the folder there when you are in it from Your machine???
If this is the case then delete the bookmark and then compact the desktop.

No actually I have verified his mail file from my machine. even copied this mail file to another location and opened it locally in LN client, still no use…only Web access shows those massive number of folders… It happens only when i try to expand the folder tree… every other view is fine.
