Folder disappear after Notes Client update to 7.0.2

How can I download the fix refer from this link:

Because I have the same problem but I can find the fix from IBM.

You have to contact IBM / Lotus support and refer to this problem/solution you have and that a hotfix is already available. Support will then send you the hotifx if applicable.
