I have been getting the getpropertybroker errors when opening folders. After three clicks, the customer can access the folder. I have a customer who has a tremendous number of folders and when I go through the Upgrade Folder Design process, I get the error:
Adding entry will cause the text list to exceed 64K. Entry not allowed.
If there is an coding fix for this, please give me the details because I’m an admin, not a coder.

Subject: try below suggestion if you haven’t tried yet
Do a Fixup, Updall and then try load convert.See if this work.
If the above step didn’t work.
Create a replica of the mail file.
Delete the mail file from the server.
replicate back to the server.
Try load convert again.

Thanks for the suggestion but this database was created from a brand new vanilla template no longer than two months before I posted the question. Any other thoughts?
