Floating window

Hi,

One of our clients is complaining that when he hover over a subject, the complete subject is displayed in a floating window. On my client i don’t have that ‘feature’. Where can i enable/disable this ?

Hannah,The user may be hovering over the subject and clicking the left mouse button. That will make the subject appear in a floating window and enable ‘drag and drop’ capability.
