I have a client that is on 4.6.5 that wishes to upgrade to R6.5.2. I know they need to upgrade the servers to 4.6.7a but I found that they still also use flat naming rather then hiearchical names. They are looking to implement AD and Ldap intergration after the move but I can’t find any handy documentation on if R6 even fully supports flat naming anymore. This is the first client in almost 8 years that I have found on flat names. Everyone’s input is greatly appreciated as to where to find information on this fact.
