A colleague has found a way to get her firstname printed in the upper-left corner of the paper when she prints out an email. She can’t recall how that had been achieved however. Now more people would like to have this option, does anyone know how to get this done?

You have to either code it on your forms or…
each database can have it’s own custom print header or footer set individually by each user. Go to database properties and click the Print tab then choose accordingly what you want to print on the header or footer.
