Firefox crashes when users iNotes loads

I have some users who are having issues with Firefox and iNotes. It seems that Firefox is crashing on them when their iNotes is loading or when they attempt to open an email. I am waiting to hear what version of Firefox they are running. I am assuming it is version 20.0.1. Is anyone else having issues with this? I had these users uninstall Java and reinstall to no avail.

Are you using sametime with stlinks or the ajax proxy?

Did you test with disabling all plugins or addons from firefox?

Do you see the same crash with other browsers?
