Finding new users in the firm

Hi all,

Is there a way to find out all of the new users hired in the firm? I need to run an agent and send an email weekly to all of the new users.

When you register new user, add them to a specific group. With your agent, parse the member of this group and remove there name after the process.

I am not an Admin, I am a developer and what I need is to find out using script the names of the new users… and of course I cannot get that from the Admin people… there are all over the country, so I need to find out using coding…

But, it’s not difficult for your admin, they only have to add it when they register a user. It’s already in the admin console. By memory, it’s the Group tab, you just have to specify the group name.

You could always base your script on the created date of the person documents. Of course if users are created way in advance of actually being on-site this might be less than desirable.

If you have anything implemented that logs user sessions you could check that also. Something like the log won’t work since by default it only keeps the last seven days of information.
