Finding Mail database Physical and logical Sizes

We have a need to obtain programmatically the Physical and Logical Size of mail databases, as part of an exercise to migrate users to Notes 8.5 and implement mail quotas. Knowing the DAOS component of the file usage will help us to help the users reduce mail file size.

The figures can be seen in the Admin Client but

does anyone know where the Physical and Logical Size data is stored?

It would also be very useful to obtain programmatically the Quota size applied to each mail database. Does anyone know where that data is stored?
