Find Complete List of Users in Sametime

Is there anyway to find the full list of users that have access to Sametime? I have on Sametime 7 server and have been tasked with finding the full list of users that can use Sametime for an audit. I’ve looked on-line and couldn’t really find anything written in stone and really don’t have any experience administering Sametime. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our users use the integrated sametime client so I did do a search on all person docs in the NAB for our sametime server and came up with a list of 99 users. Just wondering if there may be a different way to look through the admin client or on the physical server itself.

You can open the DB “stlog.nsf” from your Lotus Sametime server, select “Community Server Login and Logout Events by User” field, you will see the name list.

I think that anyone with an intranet password set can use the chat functionality on the sametime server.

The only way to prevent that is to put a fake sametime server name in their person docs.
