I am using Notes 6.5.1 on XP. I have a few filters set up that look like this:
When subject contains Warranty Registration Form then move to folder Warranty
When subject contain Web Site Comments then move to folder Comments
What happens is the messages matching the first rule go into both folders, the messages matches the second rule go into only there appointed folder.
Then if I delete the extra messsage copy from the wrong folder it is also deleted from the proper folder.
Is there a way to fix this problem?
