Filter email - Two different domain and OU

Hello,

I have two server A and B on two different adjacent domains, two different address books. NRPC mail routing between them is working. Is that possible to reject emails sending from one domain to the other based on OU?

Example: if User1/OUA/ADomain tries to send message to User2/OUB/BDomain message is reject. But if same sender tries to send message to User3/OUC/BDomain message is delivered properly.
