I open an email and the bold font turns to regular, indicating it’s been read. When I move it to a folder (or move previously read mail from folder to folder), V8 changes the font back to bold, making it “unread” again.
I called the help desk and they took remote control of my system. They were unable to provide a solution and said it was a new “feature” of V8.
This is annoying as my folders are all starting to become bold, indicating they contain unread mail. Any solutions on how to disable this feature?
