i m making one notes client based application : in perticular, suppose employee have applied for leave and HR or any higher approver will approve the application :
in my application i want making view by that perticular form and refering EMPNAME field in my view,.
now question is that when i go for one perticular emplayee detail and clicking his leave application details : but the view showing all the employee details: (ie approved, rejected, and pending) ,
i wanna to view only related perticular person who has clicked it and want to show his/her leave application details only:
If I understand correctly, you want a ‘Private’ view that will show a user only the documents they have created. When you design your view, choose Private or Private on first first use. Then in your view selection do something like EmpNAME = @Username.
