We presently run an application to store our reports. It has a button to import the text into a Rch Text Field. It worked most of the time when we used Word Perfect. There was a corporate decision to switch to MS Office.I am the Notes administartor and running into difficulty when using FileImport for the .doc and docx. Even if I copy and paste the text from .doc to the Rich Text field it displays unreadable. I have checked that I have installed all ms office converters from the disk.
