Filed emails reappear in inbox?

I have one user that drags and drops his email into their relevant folder without problem. But then later during the day they reappear inside his inbox, he files again, the come back later in the day.

At first I wondered if was to do with replication but I stopped the replication and deleted his local replica to confirm if it was this, it wasn’t.

I couldn’t work it out so I just deleted his user account, his blackberry account, uninstalled lotus notes and deleted the lotus notes folder. I reset everything back up and copied his emails from his old mail file into the brand new mail file created when I created his new user account. So everything new and he says its still doing the same, I have no idea how this is happening? Any ideas?

For him, it got so bad, he switched over to using iNotes access exclusively, so I lean towards it being something in his 8.5 client that is the issue.

iSeries Domino server running 8.5, client running 8.5, mail template 8.5, but ODS is still at 43.

Once I’ve updated everything to the new ODS and am on 8.5.1, I’ll revisit this with him to see if the issue still exists.

Subject: Glad to see its not just me

I’m on domino 8.5.1 client is 8.5 and ODS is 51. Thing I can’t understand is I wiped everything clean all from scratch and it still happened. I had to wonder if the guy was loosing his marbles! But he swears he files them, they come back!
