basically i means is that if field is going to leave blank(on load), thats why mine dblookup is giving error. because absence of key value. what is de solution? what should i do?

you dont understand mine question,
see on near to text field(parent field,parent form), there is one picture box element, and clicking on that. new window(chiled field , child form) is going to open.and selecting perticular value it should be transffered to parent field(parent form). i want to take the parent filed’s value in same form(parent)where there is hidden field. i want it be for my dblookup use.
and one more thing is that by default hidden field value should not blank; bcs if it is goes to blank my lookup will be giving error on the load of the form(parent)
see, upto transferring of child field value to parent field value is working nicely, but i wanna to transfer it for hidden field.
