I’ve created a web form with a file upload control. I’ve also added a submit button () and the $V2AttachmentOptions which the value is “1”.

When I tried to attach a file and submitted it, the file wasn’t attached to the document. I didn’t get any error, neither in the log.nsf. Is someone had this kind of problem? Is it missing something in my form?

Subject: File Upload Control

Doesn’t matter. They will go into the first rtf field on your form. the name is not important. I usually call mine rtfAttachments, but that’s just a naming convention.

Do you have a rich text field on your document? You can hide this field, but it needs to be there.
