Has anyone else had this issue when a user opens an excel or word document and uses the File → Send as email option it will freeze notes and office and usually requiring the user to ctrl+alt+del to kill office and notes.

I have seen this happen and have been able to resolve by unchecking this setting: File - Preferences - Basic Notes Client Configuration - Enable MS-Office 97 SendTo to Notes.

We went to their configurations and this option was unchecked so just for grins we tried checking this option and it seems to be working now. We have it in place on a couple of users to test for awhile but so far so good… ???
