Hi,when im trying to print the document through File/Print, the print option is greyed out in lotus client, what could be the reason. In form security properties Disable printing also not enabled.
suggestions will help me alot.

Hi Adrian,Default printer is defined and im able to print apart from Lotus documents. Im having author access, but one of my colleague is able to print and he is having manager rights in acl settings. Even I checked out in form events, there is no code, suggest me what could be the reason.

Usually when I disable replication and there are readers field LN sets a $KeepPrivate=1 field.
I have to change $KeepPrivate=0 to allow printing under these circumstances.

Hi Hassan,unfortunately there are no such fields and the group with admin rights are able to print, problem is only with the group having Author access, please let me know if you have any idea.

Kinda late response, but I had the same issue and after searching this forum and the 4/5 forum I finally found this thread that helped!
