File does not exist

Hi friends,When I open the new memo. It opens new memo with the message box “File does not exist.” The same message comes when I forwad or reply.

What could be the problem and how can I solve it without creating an new mail database since it has replica copy in other servers also.

I would start by trying to refresh the design from the template. That will bring back any missing items.

what also could be the cause is that the memo wants to load a signature file bt does not exist anymore…
