When I do File/Database/New Copy it copies the database and it appears to have all documents (from datbase info) but the size is significantly different.
When I open the database, even though I have manager access I can not see all the views and all the documents do not appear in the views. The ACLs seem to be the same.
Also, I did check if my design had a default view and it didn’t. I created a hidden default view and tried again, still same issue.
Any suggestions?

Subject: Are you copying from a server to local? If so, and consistent ACL is not selected, you may not have the same access (and roles) that you do on the server.

Yes that was the issue. I was creating a new copy on a test server (which has been setup as a new domain, and hence has its own names.nsf and my id is not in there). Therefore, i didnt have the access i did on the other server.
