HI
I have a user trying to attach a word doc from a network share (windows). When using either drag and drop or the paperclip to attach he gets an error saying that “the file has been truncated and may be damaged” and it fails to attach. If the file is copied to the desktop (local drive) then attached it works. I need to try and avoid the asking the user to copy the files to their desktop all the time. The Mac has the network shares mounted as drives.
Any clues would be a great help?
