Field value being chop off when I opened the document

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem on R6 server. There exists a document created by an agent. That document contains a Text field which having lot of data in it. When I view the document properties, I am able to see the data associated with that field. But when I open the document, the data is being chopped off and cant able to see all the data. Has anybody experienced this problem?? Please help me…

What’s “a lot” in KB? Maybe you should be using a Rich Text field.What’s the display of the text field – Notes or Native style?
