Field Help Description is a No Show

For some reason the field “Help Description” does not show on the bottom of the screen when the cursor is in the field - i.e.“Enter your Last Name first in this field” in an application I created. Has anyone seen this or is this an option in 6.5. Also along those lines - is there an option to not print the “Field Hint” instructions for fields that are not filled in?

Found the answer in the 4/5 Forum ===> When in Edit mode of the form go to View/Show/Field Help

There is an @command to turn this on as well (ViewShowFieldHelp). Should this go in one of the form’s properties? If so, which one?
