Field do not refresh

hi all,

i have a field calculating the date difference between the due date and today’s date in a form. then this field is used in an agent to send out reminders 30 days prior to the due date.

everything is working fine only the field is not getting refreshed as the days go by. I have to open the form, double click on it to edit it, click on refresh to perform the calculation.

How to do it automatically.

Subject: Daily Scheduled Agent

You’d need a scheduled agent set to run daily (in the early morning?) to update the days remaining value.

thanks for the reply. i was advised to calculate the difference in the agent itself. i will try that and see what comes up.
