Good Morning all, Once our L1 team updates the end user and end user is getting an email for giving the feedback.
Currently we are sending out the feedback to the end user’s email.
End user is seeing some options to select and submit button on the feedback email.
Now our requirement is to remove the submit button and to add the next button there and also once user selects some options and clicking the next button, he has to be shown some other options and then submit button.
We tried with hiding the two sections separately didn’t worked as expected.
As the feedback email goes to end user mail box and the feedback form is only one.
Any suggestions on this please.
