Hi,

I’ve just posted a response to a thread but fear it may get missed since it is a few months old:

So, I’m posting here as a new thread in the hope that someone might pick it up…

There’s a link here to a document which describes the changes to apply to older Notes applications (under adding notes user calendar section) to get them to display all the required information as a Federated Calendar:

Unfortunately, if someone is not in the beta program they can’t access the link.

Is there any chance someone could post the text of the document here? Please.

I’d really like to demo this to help secure a high level champion for our drive to upgrade to R8.5

Subject: Figured It Out

I’ve figured this out by inspection of a TeamRoom template that ships with R8.5.

There’s an “Attrs:” property on the Advanced tab of the column properties.

Entering:

$STARTDATE$=true

$AGGREGATEDSUBJECT$=true

in the appropriate columns seems to give me what I want.
