GCal Private HTML: when added, it initially won’t show in the main calendar but will show in “Day-at-a-glance”. A client restart shows it in both. However GCal updates or new additions don’t show even if you restart LN.

Google iCAL feed: New and updated entries show in both “Day-at-a-glance” and main calendar but are slow to show. New entries and updates (edits)will show if the LN client is restarted.

Is there a setting to force LN to check the Google Cal site for update?

The apostrophe in names issue has not been resolved in this update (8.5.1).

I’m using LN 8.5.1 Standard client with the 8.5.1 standard mail template. The server is also 8.5.1

Subject: It updated itself after 1 and half hours.

The GCal HTML feed updated itself without having to restart the client but it took over 90 minutes.

Is there a setting or properties file that controls the update period?

I had tried pressing F5 and F9 after doing add a GCAL entry or making a change but it had no effect on either GCal HTML or iCAL. Restarting worked for iCal and lots of time worked for HTML.
