In the “Access & Delegation” - “Shortcuts to Others’ Mail” dialog box, it would great to specify for each of the named users to select whether the default operation should be mail, calendar or to-do.
For example, I don’t have access to anyone’s mail but to lots of calendars, so to be able to access the calendar directly without first opening an “empty” inbox would be a good usability enhancement.
