I’m thinking about doing a brown bag lunch for my users on what’s new in 8.5. They’re coming off the 7.x platform. I’ve been using the Eclipse client for so long it’s tough for me to remember what’s new from 7.x. I looked at release notes. Maybe there’s a Lotusphere presentatoin out there that would help me script this?

What features do end users really dig about the new eclipsed based Notes Client besides the great new UI… Maybe other’s will respond here…

Day-At-A-Glance in side shelf
Calendar Ghosting as meeting invitations arrive but have not been accepted yet
Recent Contacts have also really helped my type ahead once a few issues were resolved.
An SPR Widget someone created has been very useful too me…
I’m sure more will come to mind as I work through out the day…
