The fax conversion service is not working properly. Instead of converting the body of the fax, it converts the fax entry information page (with the information on who and when sent the fax, job type, state, size, etc.). And then sends this to the addressee. Very confusing…
Actually it seems that the conversion is using a wrong form (it uses $LotusFaxForDisplay, instead of NFXmemo). How and where could I set it?
The versions: Domino 6.5.6, Fax Conversion Services 4.4.02.
Please advise.
